Our admissions process evaluates potential students in terms of preparedness and emotional maturity instead of looking simply at age and grade level. Students with a track record of strong academic achievement and overall ability may begin taking college preparatory courses early for credit. Advanced Placement courses are available to students as early as their first year.

TOURS

As we confirm the identity and email address of each new inquiry, we send a virtual tour video showing the school in session, along with a 14-page brochure with much more detail about what we do here and how it is unique. On-campus info sessions will be scheduled as needed.

OPEN HOUSE (JAN)

An Open House happens on either an evening or weekend, and dates are posted when scheduled. This is an opportunity to visit the school, see a few of the classrooms, and visit with faculty and administration. Two or three students are usually present as guides. Access is somewhat limited because this is open to anyone.

INFO SESSIONS (NOV-DEC)

Info sessions take place during the school day, and they are an opportunity to see classes in action. For security purposes, these are scheduled in advance. If you subsequently enroll your child, we are sure you will appreciate that we first identify and qualify all daytime visitors.

Info sessions include
• 20-minute presentation by the headmaster or a faculty member
• 20-minute tour of classes in session
• Full info packet with early application priority

APPLICATION PRIORITY

• Spaces currently open (at our discretion) may be reserved for new students whose application is received during November or December.
• All currently enrolled families have until January 17 to confirm their desire to return in the coming fall.
• After January 17, we begin reserving all remaining spaces: First, from Info Session families who have submitted a complete application in November or December. Next, from general public applicants who have submitted applications in November or December.
• After that, we have rolling admission until all spaces are filled.
